Virtual healthcare is a simple and secure way to get excellent medical care virtually instead of in person.
The procedure is easy. We will send you a calendar invitation with a link to the virtual registration forms after you request a virtual consultation online or by phone. You fill out the paperwork and, using the provided link, meet your provider online on the date and time specified.
If you live a distance from a medical center, you can still get the medical care you need in a comfortable, convenient way through Telemedicine.
How does
Telemedicine work?
Two-way video visits
Telemedicine allows you to conduct a face-to-face meeting with your provider using videoconferencing.
Online registration
You can visit the clinic’s website and register online. Prior to your first telemedicine consultation with your doctor, simply fill out a questionnaire including symptoms, allergies, medicines, prior medical history, and identification cards.
Electronic prescription
Your provider manages your medications and sends your prescriptions electronically to your preferred pharmacy.
Secure payment
Securely send your payment online or over the phone.
HIPAA compliant
HIPAA is a law that protects the privacy of your medical records and personal health information. Your telemedicine interactions are also secure, and only authorized users can access your telemedicine sessions.
