What is included with all inclusive tier pricing
-All provider office visits, in clinic medication to treat pain, inflammation, allergies, nausea, fatigue and bacterial infections (Toradol, Dexamethasone, Kenalog, Zofran, VitaminB12, Rocephin), prescriptions sent to the pharmacy, IV fluids, in-clinic rapid testing to test for UTI, pregnancy, strep, flu, covid; and your provider’s and/or owner’s email with 24/7 access for questions and answers whenever you need it!
What is excluded from all inclusive tier pricing
-Tirzepatide, Immunity IV, NAD+, Botox, rapid STD testing, third party labs (such as quest, lab corp or RML for blood work, urine or a culture to be resulted when Health Xpress obtained sample in clinic; that lab may send you a bill separately)
